Washington payroll

Payroll built around Washington employer requirements

Washington has no general state individual income-tax withholding, but employers still manage federal payroll taxes, unemployment reporting, Paid Family and Medical Leave, WA Cares, Labor & Industries workers’ compensation, new-hire reporting, paid sick leave, and applicable local requirements.

01

Payroll Setup & Employee Onboarding

Build an organized payroll foundation before the first live payroll.

01Payroll Setup & Employee Onboarding
Employee setup, pay schedules, work locations, approved pay rates, federal Form W-4 setup, direct-deposit information, deductions, paid sick leave, WA Cares exemption documentation when applicable, opening balances, and payroll liability mapping.
02

Ongoing Payroll Processing

Turn approved employee hours and changes into a clear, repeatable payroll process.

02Ongoing Payroll Processing
Approved regular and overtime hours, bonuses, reimbursements, leave, deductions, hires, terminations, and pay changes are reviewed and entered. FaithCore prepares the payroll preview, confirms funding, and processes payroll after your written approval.
03

Payroll Accounting & Reconciliation

Keep payroll connected to your books instead of treating it as a separate system.

03Payroll Accounting & Reconciliation
Review gross wages, employer payroll taxes, employee deductions, payroll bank activity, payroll clearing, federal payroll liabilities, Washington unemployment, Paid Leave, WA Cares, Labor & Industries amounts, and labor cost by home or location when applicable.
04

Payroll Tax Filing & Reporting

FaithCore prepares and files the required payroll returns included in your service.

Payroll Tax Deposits & Payments

Keep payroll tax deposits, premiums, and payment confirmations organized and on schedule.
